BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS
✦ All prices are in IDR.✦ Payment only via BCA invoice after the request has been accepted.✦ No refunds, unless I haven't started on your request, or if dire emergencies arise where I will be physically unable to finish the request.✦ I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.✦ At least one clear character or concept image reference must be provided, unless the request includes design work.✦ By default, 3 major updates shall be given for your feedback. (Sketch -> Linework -> Coloring stages). The process and turnaround time may differ depending on the request details.✦ Both minor and major revisions are generally free during the Sketch stage. Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee. On cases where I am at fault, the revision will be free. (e.g. A client with their character having green eyes in their reference, but I colored them brown)✦ Please be mindful when requesting for revisions. I have yet to add a limit. Deadlines may also be extended depending of the nature and difficulty of the revision.✦ I reserve the rights to use the commissioned artwork. Hence, I am free to use it to promote myself and post it on my own platforms. Please inform me if the commissioned artwork needs to be temporarily kept secret.✦ I do not allow the reselling of illustrations commissioned for personal use and Live2D models.✦ Payment is sent 50% to my BCA account, after line art has been approved. You can pay full when the commission is finished.
